Learning Beyond the Classroom
The VET Club provides students with opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills, creativity and confidence through various clubs and activities. It encourages students to learn through practical experiences, teamwork and participation. The VET Club provides a balanced environment where students can develop academic, creative, physical, technical and cultural skills. Through different clubs and associations, students get opportunities to discover their talents, gain confidence, work with others and become responsible and active learners.

Robotics Club
The Robotics Club provides students with an exciting platform to explore robotics, coding, electronics and emerging technologies. Through practical, hands-on activities, students learn to design, assemble, programme and operate robots while gaining an understanding of basic engineering and automation concepts.
The club encourages students to transform their ideas into working models through projects, challenges and demonstrations. It promotes logical thinking, creativity, innovation, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Students also develop an early interest in modern technology and gain valuable exposure to concepts that are increasingly relevant in science, engineering and technology.
Abacus Club
The Abacus Club is designed to strengthen students’ numerical abilities, concentration and mental calculation skills. Through regular practice with the abacus, students learn to perform mathematical operations efficiently while improving speed, accuracy and confidence.
The activities are structured to make learning mathematics engaging and enjoyable. Students gradually develop strong number sense, memory, attention span and mental agility. The club also encourages discipline and consistent practice, helping students build a positive and confident approach towards mathematics.
Mathematics Lab
The Mathematics Lab provides a stimulating environment where students can explore mathematical concepts through practical and activity-based learning. Models, puzzles, games, experiments, manipulatives and interactive activities are used to make mathematics more meaningful and enjoyable.
The lab enables students to connect theoretical concepts with real-life situations and understand challenging topics through observation and experimentation. It encourages students to think logically, analyse information, identify patterns and develop effective problem-solving strategies. The Mathematics Lab helps transform mathematics from a purely theoretical subject into an engaging and practical learning experience.
Indoor Games
The Indoor Games programme provides students with opportunities to relax, enjoy recreational activities and develop important cognitive and social skills. Activities may include chess, carom, table tennis and other age-appropriate indoor games that encourage active participation.
These games help students improve concentration, patience, coordination, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. They also promote discipline, sportsmanship and healthy competition. By participating regularly, students learn to follow rules, respect opponents and handle both success and challenges with a positive attitude.
Outdoor Games
The Outdoor Games programme plays an important role in promoting physical fitness, active lifestyles and overall well-being among students. Activities may include cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, athletics and other sporting events based on students’ interests and abilities.
Participation in outdoor sports helps students develop strength, stamina, coordination and physical agility. At the same time, team-based activities nurture cooperation, communication, leadership and sportsmanship. Students learn the importance of discipline, perseverance, responsibility and respect while developing a healthy competitive spirit.
The programme provides opportunities for students to participate in regular practice sessions, friendly competitions and school-level sporting events, helping them discover and develop their individual talents.
Kannada Club
The Kannada Club promotes students’ interest in the Kannada language, literature, heritage and cultural traditions. It provides a platform for students to develop their language skills and express themselves creatively through a variety of literary and cultural activities.
Students may participate in Kannada speeches, poetry recitation, storytelling, essay writing, debates, drama, songs, quizzes and cultural programmes. These activities enhance communication skills, confidence and appreciation of Kannada literature and traditions.
The club also encourages students to understand and value the rich cultural heritage associated with the Kannada language. It aims to foster pride in the language while encouraging students to preserve and celebrate its literary and cultural significance.
Hindi Club
The Hindi Club provides students with opportunities to develop proficiency and confidence in the Hindi language while appreciating its rich literary and cultural heritage. The club conducts engaging activities that encourage students to read, communicate and express their thoughts effectively in Hindi.
Activities may include poetry recitation, storytelling, speeches, essay writing, quizzes, debates, drama and cultural programmes. Such activities help students improve vocabulary, pronunciation, communication skills and creative expression.
The club encourages students to develop an appreciation for Hindi literature, traditions and cultural expressions. It also creates a supportive environment where students can participate confidently and strengthen their interest in the language.
Science Club
The Science Club encourages students to develop curiosity and a scientific outlook by exploring the world around them through experiments, projects, demonstrations, exhibitions and other practical activities.
Students are encouraged to observe carefully, ask meaningful questions, formulate ideas, conduct experiments and draw conclusions based on evidence. The club provides opportunities for students to explore scientific concepts beyond the classroom and understand their connection with everyday life.
